Hridya is an aspiring social researcher who was born and brought up in Kerala. She holds a master's degree in psychology from the University of Delhi. 

She has previous experience in various types of research. She has also done different internships and jobs, providing her with numerous opportunities to better understand her abilities and interests in research.  Over the years, she has attempted to advance her career as a researcher. 

Qualifying for the UGC JRF was the most valuable and significant effort she made to advance her research career. She has also published one of her research papers in a journal called The Journal of Humanities and Social Sciences, and a few more of her works are in the process of getting published.
