Outline India undertook the baseline evaluation of the impact of Going to School's ‘Be! Schools’ program, which focuses on skill development of students across Bihar and Jharkhand.
Surveys were administered to 40,000 students across all districts in Bihar and 16 districts in Jharkhand. This was conducted across Grade 9 in Rashtriya Madhyamik Shiksha Abhiyan and Kasturba Gandhi Bharatiya Vidyalaya schools in Bihar and with students of Grade 7 and 8 in Kasturba Gandhi Bharatiya Vidyalaya, Tribal Residential and Congregation schools in Jharkhand. The study was a baseline evaluation of the outcomes of the client’s intervention to promote skill development in schools.
