Outline India collaborated with the Indian School of Business (ISB) to evaluate the impact of Karma Healthcare Telemedicine Clinics on children, adolescents, women, and healthcare nurses in Rajasthan and Haryana. As ISB's research partner for the study, Outline India undertook data collection with children, adolescents, and women, to gauge their knowledge of health issues such as malnutrition, anemia, UTI/RTI/STI, highlighting the accessibility and availability of the services across the case and control villages. We also interviewed the nurses to deepen our understanding of the serviceability and impact of Karma Healthcare Telemedicine Clinics. Our team was also responsible for collecting anthropometric data of children, and data entry for the prescription letter such as patient details, symptoms, diagnosis, and treatment for the selected sample list provided by ISB.
